12: Have you ever attempted an "adaptation" fic of a favorite book or movie but set in a different fandom?

Hell yes. I first did an arguably not-great J2 Ocean's #, then a couple years later I did an (in my opinion) pretty freaking awesome Merlin 'While You Were Sleeping'. I think that's all. OH NO WAIT. I did a Merlin 'Sports Night' for P-Thon, and although that's a tv show I'm including it, because it's kind of amazing. XB

Basically the first one taught me what not to do, which is why the second and third went well. I think it's an awesome idea that can be done very badly and very well and everything in between, just like everything else.
