Oh God, can I say that I want all of these? BECAUSE I REALLY REALLY DO. No, seriously, I was looking at your list of Star Trek works in progress and trying to pick some that I want more than others, and I flapped my hands and literally went, "JFC THIS IS LIKE SOPHIE'S CHOICE HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE?"

I will say that out of all of these, I am SUPER intrigued by the Winona fic, and the Spock/McCoy one, because, uh I maybe have a little bit of a thing for Reboot Spock/McCoy and it's super hard to find fic.

LOL shows how much attention I pay >.>) I bet I could shake some recs out of her easily if you want. :D I'm not sure if that particular bunny would pan out to be shippy or just friendshippy, but I still want to write it and see what happens. Which is weird for me! I'm like the ultimate ship monogamist. ^^

And YAAAAAY SOMEBODY WANTS THE WINONA FIC. Seriously, that story is so close to my heart -- When I did the 'year of writing' meme and one of the questions was 'what's your favorite thing you wrote' or whatever, my immediate answer was that piece. And it's not even finished, lol. SO ZOMG YAY. \o/

Oh my God, recs would be AWESOME and much appreciated. Heee, I'm a bit of a ship whore myself, even with my odd shipping tendencies, although IMO, anything Spock/McCoy--shippy or just friendshippy would be AWESOME. (I kind of would seriously love to see the latter, actually--something in me wants to LOL a lot at the thought of them being friends.)

And girl, I personally LOVE Winona fic--I get super, SUPER cranky at the way that parts of fandom cast her as a completely tragic figure and what's worse, a neglectful mom. IMO, it's far more likely that she had a bigger influence upon Jim than anyone else, and I get a kick out of picturing Jim as, for better or worse and mostly better, to be completely and utterly his mother's son.

Needless to say, I AM REALLY HARDCORE LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS FIC.

OMG YES ABOUT WINONA. There's a fandom secret I saved somewhere about misogyny in the ST fandom coming out through treatment of female characters, and it put into words something I'd been struggling with for a while. fdjak; man i want to go work on it now but there are other things I should be writing sdfjkld;s
