30 days of fanfiction - day 17

17: Titles: Are they the bane of your existence, or the easiest part of the fic? Also, if you do chaptered fic, do you give each chapter a title, or not?

BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. Like, they're either song lyrics or so 'poetic' that they make no sense to anyone but me.

Example: 'Parallel Motion' is an overeducated music theory reference about two lines of music moving in tandem a certain distance apart. (It's actually considered bad, most of the time, iirc, but I conveniently ignored that for the symbolism.)

Oh and I don't really write chaptered fic? I prefer Atwood style breaks for emphasis. In a few circumstances I have subtitled sections if there is a theme, which is fun.
