This was fantastic! I love how you balance the banter with the emotion and with the passion. I know you agonized a bit about the logistics of things, but it worked out wonderfully. It doesn't have to be an incredibly detailed science-y explanation; it's nature, goddamnit. It doesn't have to make sense for them to know that it works, that it happens. I loved the details like the smells, which make a lot of sense. All in all, it turned out great. :D
